Our ability to cater to the mass market while contributing to the global markets, started out as a local engineering firm. This today, evolves to become an international manufacturer, exporter and trader.
From an initial manufacturing figure of 388 metric tonnes for the 2nd half of 1996, the figure rose to 1,733 metric tonnes for the whole of 2001. Today, LAJU supplies more than 4,000 metric tonnes of activated carbon and related products a year.
In progress, LAJU today has diversified into several businesses under its wings. Extending our knowledge into the activated carbon supplies and the usage of activated carbon in many different functions, we have also moved on to develop more innovative products that make use of activated carbon with the assistance of our partners.
Today, we attribute our growth to our supportive customers and our partners, who have been vital towards reaching our business goals as we continue to progress in the activated carbon industry.
