In line with the increasing demand for activated carbon products, the enhanced capacity 3rd production line of LAJU Carbon Products Sdn Bhd has finally started producing.

After several months of installation and commissioning, the 3rd line incorporates a new kiln with more energy efficient solutions that make this steam activation production line a state-of-the art manufacturing facility.  The 3rd production line shall not only increase our capacity by 40% but also minimise its operational cost by 10%.  The 3rd line shall allow LCP to fulfil more orders and increase our sales volume.

Complete with cutting edge energy conservation technologies, the 3rd line utilizes a Waste-Heat Boiler that aids the production of steam.  Unlike other conventional boilers, the Waste-Heat boiler utilizes recycled or waste heat to aid in the production of steam, whereby reducing its dependency on diesel.

With our Waste-Heat system, we are able to reduce our diesel cost to run the 3rd line by approximately 10%. In this, the 3rd line increases output and productivity but minimizing production cost.
